What every plan covers
- The archive look-back — every rate confirmation and carrier invoice you send us from the period we agree.
- Monthly audits of new invoices once the look-back is done.
- A reviewed report: every candidate checked by a person before it reaches you, with the originals it came from.
- The console, where your own team confirms or dismisses each candidate and exports the result.
What counts as a load
One load is one carrier invoice we audit against its rate confirmation. A load with two invoices against it counts once; a duplicate invoice we catch is part of that same load, not an extra one.
If your volume passes the band
Nothing happens automatically. If you run above a band’s ceiling for two consecutive months we will talk to you about moving up, and the new tier is billed at its current list price from the date you agree.
Minimum term
Monthly plans run for a six-month minimum term, then continue month to month. Annual plans commit for the year. To cancel or change tier, email contact@freightbinder.com.
Your rate is locked
You keep the price you signed up at for as long as the subscription stays continuously active on that plan. If we raise prices, you are not moved. Setup is charged once, at signup, and not again when you change tier.
